In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will create two fused glass tea light holders. Lighted tea lights will cast beautiful, dancing colors through your glass creations, setting a festive tone for your space. The holders will go through two kiln-firings after class. The first firing fuses all components of the design into a single flat piece; the second firing slumps it over a stainless steel mold to take the curved shape. No previous glass experience needed. You will be expertly guided along the way, and will be sent instructional videos in advance of the workshop so you can become familiar with several techniques beforehand. All glass art will be kiln-fired after class and ready for pick up at the Craft Collective approximately one week after class.
