Flex Your Freedom In Glass

  • Fallbrook School of the Arts 310 East Alvarado Street Fallbrook, CA, 92028 United States (map)

Join Instructor Suzanne Balestri for a fun day creating fused glass art that YOU want to create. The sky’s the limit with options such as wall vases, coasters, trays, plates, decorative tiles, and/or cabochons for jewelry pieces, etc. *New to warm glass art? No problem. A 30-minute Fusing Basics and Glass Cutting Demonstration for beginners will be at 10:30am. All students will receive video links to demonstrations prior to the class so you can become familiar with several techniques before getting to work. If you’ve taken a fused glass class previously, this is a great opportunity to hone your skills and challenge yourself! You’ll have access to a large selection of glass and embellishments and project ideas and templates will be provided for those who desire a more structured format. You are welcome to create art that requires additional firing (slumping) to curve your glass art.

Note:  There is an additional $10 cash-only supply fee due at the workshop.  Long pants and closed-toe shoes recommended. Your glass art will be kiln-fired after class and ready for pick up at FSA within 2 weeks.

Class Fee: $115

Supply Fee: $10 cash-only supply fee due at time of workshop to Instructor
